The Office on Women's Health (OWH) is
seeking an extension of a currently approved collection to conduct
a Women's Health Comparison Study Participant Survey and a National
Community Centers of Excellence in Women's Health (CCOE) Comparison
Study Leadership Survey.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
