The proposed rule, "National Source
Tracking of High-Risk Sealed Sources, "establishes a tracking
system to provide accountability for sources of concern. The
proposed rule requirements in Part 20 would require licensees to
initially load the tracking system with required data and to report
errors in previously filed reports or any missed transaction
reports within 5 business days of their discovery.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
