This is a new information collection
in support of the notice of proposed rulemaking, "Rules of Practice
for Trademark-Related Fillings Under the Madrid Protocol
Implementation Act RIN0651- AB45, which highlights the change to
the information sollicited from the public that is provided by the
Madrid Protocol. The USPTO proposes to amend Part 2 and add a new
Part 7 to the rule of practice in support of filing international
trademark applica- tions. This collection is a matterof public
record, and is used by the public for a variety of private business
purposes related to establishing and enforcing inernational
trademark ............
