Abstract: IN RM02-12-000, FERC is amendimg its regulations under the Federal Power Act to require public utilities that own, control, or operate facilities for transmitting electric energy in inter- state commerce to file revised open access transmission tariffs containing standard generator interconnection procedures and a standard agreement for interconnecting generators smaller than 20 MW.
