The Supporting Healthy Marriage
Evaluation of the DHHS will inform program operators and
policymakers of the most effective ways to help couples stringthen
and maintain healthy marriages. It will measure the effectiveness
of programs that provide instruction and support to improve
relationship skills. The focus groups will give direction by
recording respondents perceptions of relationships, marriage, the
impact of marriage on childs well-being, and marriage education
programs. Respondents will be married and engaged couples of
various income, ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds w/ &
w/o....

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
