While approval
is granted for this information collection request, Census may NOT
use any of the proposed forms included in the submission to OMB.
Census must provide to OMB revised forms BC-170A, BC-170B, and
BC-170D that reflect changes based on collaboration with the
Department of Homeland Security, USCIS. OMB will then issue
approval to use the revised forms via an email once they have been
reviewed and concurrence with USCIS has been confirmed.
