APHIS is proposing to amend the
regulations governing the importation of plants and plant products
to add Christmas cactus and Easter cactus from the Netherlands and
Denmark to the list of plants that may be imported in an approved
growing medium subject to specified growing, inspection, and
certification requirements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
