This proposed rule would modify
certain provisions of the final rule establishing standards and
requirements for reformulated (RFG) and conventional gasoline
pursuant to Sec. 211(k) of the Clean Air Act.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
