This is a request to continue the
National Childhood Lead Surveillance program and to obtain approval
for the Adult Blood Lead Epidemiology and Surveillance program. The
Childhood program is conducted by CDC's National Center for
Environmental Health (NCEH); the Adult program is conducted by
CDC's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
(NIOSH). This request proposes combining these two separate
programs under one OMB approval. Both are state laboratory-based
surveillance systems. Many states are already collecting both
child.....
