Abstract: This information collection is needed to evidence national bank eligibility for an exemption under the Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act. National bank management will use the information to determine whether it can share a management official with a competing depository institution. The OCC will use the information to ensure that a proposed management interlock is permitted under statute and does not have an anticompetitive effect.
