Abstract: The data collected in this form is required of APHIS by several environmental statutes, primarily the Natl Environmental Policy Act. U.S.C. 43212, and its regs (40 CFR 1500-1508), and the Endangered Species Act. The data accompanies field-collected samples through chemical residue analysis and it vital to the interpretation of residue results. Govt employees, trained in environmental monitoring and familiar with all of the information required on this form, fill it out.
