Abstract: FERC issued a NOPR RM05-01-000 in response to enactment by Congress of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline Act (ACT) (PL 108- 324) on October 13, 2004. These proposed regulations are to fulfill FERC's responsibilities to issue open season regulations under Section 103 of the Act.
