The purpose of this project is to
conduct the American Indian and Alaska Native Adult Tobacco Survey
and cognitive testing of approximately 15 tribes and 9 villages.
The surveys can be used by tribes to monitor prevalence and trends
of tobacco use. The American Indian ATS and Alaska Native ATS are
closely aligned surveys but will not be identical. Cultural
differences in tobacco use necessitate two separate
surveys.
