The Disclosure Document Program allows
inventors to submit papers to the USPTO that provide evidence of
the date of conception of an invention. The disclosure docment
papers will be retained by the USPTO for two years, dring which
time the inventor(s) should file a patent applicaiton if patient
protection is desired. The USPTO uses this form to establish the
date of conception for an invention and to assign an identifying
number to the Disclosure Document Deposit Request. The primary
respondents to this information collection are individuals or
households, but the USPTO also believes that business or other
