These temporary and final regulations
provide rules concerning the taxation of, and reporting and
withholding on, employee business expense reimbursements and other
expense allowance arrangements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
