to be implemented. Multiple reporting requirments, including TAPR,
will be consolidated into this one information collection system.
In addition to the information currently collected in the TAPR, ETA
will also collect information about those individuals who received
a waiver from the training requirement in order to become eligible
for the Health Coverage Tax Credit. This request is detailed in
memo dated 11/04/04 to ETA.
