MMS uses the informatiion to evaluate
and approve or disapprove the adequacy of equipment and/or
procedures to be used during the conduct of well-workover
operations. This is necessary to prevent the hazards inherent in
well-workover operations and to increase the margin of safety of
personnel and the environment. Respondents are Federal outer
continental shelf oil and gas or sulphur lessees and
operators.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
