McNair grantees must submit the report
annually. The reports are used to evaluate the performance of
grantees prior to awarding continuation funding and to assess a
grantee's prior experience at the end of the budget period. The
Department will also aggregate the data across grantees to provide
descriptive information on the program and to analyze the impact of
the program on the academic progresss of participating
students.
