Abstract: This program authorizes grants to institutions of higher education, public or non-profit private libraries, or consortia of such institutions or libraries to develop innovative techniques or programs using new electronic technologies to collect, organize, and preserve, and widely disseminate inforamtion on world regions and countries other than the United States that addresses our Nation's teaching and research needs in international education and foreign languages.
