Public Housing Agencies (PHAS) must
maintain records and submit information documenting budgets and
costs for the development of low-income housing. HUD administrative
requirements necessitate that PHAS maintain certain records or
submit certain documents pertaining to the cost in the development
of low-income housing.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
