CDC withdraws its request for question templates under this
collection and will instead submit all prospective survey items
under this clearance to OMB for review 3. CDC will provide an
annual report to OMB on this collection including a listing of all
items approved under this generic clearance, burden associated with
each item, the total burden used by the Agency at the time of each
report, and the total burden approved by OMB under this collection.
OMB will review items submitted_under this generic clearance on an
expidited basis.
