Abstract: The contract is an agreement whereby the United States of America sells to an individual or organization a prescribed volume of mineral materials that occurs on National Forest System lands. The agreement describes the terms of the sales contract and establishes a basis/procedure for management of surface disturbing activities for authorized operations.
