Terms of Clearance: This emergency clearance is approved for 180 days. The burden ap proved under this control number may be merged into the burden ap proved by OMB under control number 0581-0178, as long as there ar e no material changes made between the interim and final rules th at would constitute a program change requiring OMB approval, nor any negative comments regarding the information collection requir ments imposed by the agency under this interim rule. Any comment s received as a result of the 60 day notice required by the Paper work Burden Act included in the interim rule must be submitted to OMB with the Change Worksheet requesting that the Interim Rule's burden be added to that approved under 0581-0178. The agency sh all also submit the final rule with the change worksheet. If OMB determines that there have been material changes from the rule a pproved under this control number, the agency must submit a reque st for revision, and a new supporting statement.
