USDA is responsible for protecting the
health of our Nation's animals and poultry by preventing the spread
of contagious, infectous, or communicable animal diseases from one
state to another by eradicating such diseases from the US when
feasible. The purpose of BSPP sential trial is to support
international export trade through the identification and
development of an economically feasible and more representative
surveillance system to substantiate the regionalization of
bluetongue.
