Within 60 days
of the beginning of the data collection period, Census will report
to OMB feedback received by respondents regarding reporting burden
or difficulties providing requested data (email or telephone
communication is fine). Because this is a new data collection,
Census should provide by Dec 2004 a summary of successes and
lessons learned, including response rates, if available. Future
submissions to OMB should include actual response rates and number
of refusals for each data collection period.
