This collection will allow a number of
fruits and vegetables to be imported into the US under specific
conditions from certain parts of the world. These fruits and
vegetables include kiwi, oregano, amd marjoram from Argentina;
broccoli, cauliflower; and turnips from Costa Rica; cabbage and
mustards from Honduras; peppers and eggplant from New Zealand,
Peru, and Spain; passion fruit from Chile; carambola from Mexico;
papaya from various Centeral American countries; peppers from
Isreal; and Ya pears from China.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
