In describing the results of the study, CDC will clearly
acknowledge the limitations of the data including the fact that the
study collected data from participants in three HOPWA agencies. The
study does not employ a statistical sampling methodology to create
a representative sample, thus, the findings will not generate
national or other estimates prevalence of behaviors/conditions in
the homeless population.

providing housing for homeless or unstably housed people living
with HIV on their disease progression and their risks of
transmitting HIV.
