OMB has
corrected the rate of electronic submission to reflect the actual
15 percent rather than the zero percent reported. This form is
cleared for one year to coincide with OMB review of the final
Commodity Supplemental Food program rule. Should the final rule be
ready earlier FNS must bring this form in before the one year date
in conjunction with the rule timing.
