The National Endowment for the Arts is
mandated by law to ensure that its grantees are in compliance with
its nondiscrimination regulations through compliance reviews. The
Compliance Review checklists are returned and analyzed by the
Endowment to ensured that our recipients programs, activities and
facilities are in compliance with the laws/regulations that govern
receipt of federal funds and the right of all people are protected
without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion
and disability.
