Abstract: Certification is requested from the proposed applicant that they are in compliance the Civil Rights Act of 1964. CSREES requests the name of the Authorized Organization Representatives (AOR) and the mailing address of the applicant with the AOR's signature of Form CSREES-665 as certification that the applicant is in compliance with Civil Rights Act of 1964.
