This survey effort will capture data
required to calculate the social cost of inadequate
interoperability in the U.S. capital facilities industry, including
engineers, architects, suppliers, contractors, and owner-operators.
The survey will seek comments about electronic information exchange
and management, collect data about redundant software systems,
labor efforts, and delays in the deliivery of capital facilities.
The survey results and analysis will be used for NIST
plannig.
