The research study will investigate
the ways in which recent changes in Food Stamp Program (FSP)
policies and practices at the local office level and changes in the
ways the FSP interacts with other benefit programs, have affected
Program participation decisions of low-income households.
Respondents inclued: Food Stamp Program applicants, FSP-eligible
nonparticipants, and local food stamp office caseworkers and
supervisors.
