Terms of Clearance: HUD is commended for its experimentation and research in the past year on methods to improve its RDD response rates and for implementing enhancements in methodology for these surveys. HUD will forward to OMB final copies of these reports of this research when these are available. These surveys are approved for another year, during which time HUD will continue to carefully monitor response rates and potential nonresponse bias from these RDD surveys. HUD will also report to OMB results from any investigations HUD is conducting into alternative methodologies for measuring FMR.
