PTCE 76-1 permits parties in interest,
under specific conditions, to: (A) make delinquent employer
contributions; (B) receive loans; (C) lease property and obtain
services and good from plans. PTCE 77-10 provides an exemption from
ERISA section 406(b)(2) for fiduciaries who use PTCE 76-1, part C.
PTCE 78-6 provides an exemption to multiple employer apprenticeship
plans for the purchase of personal property or the lease of real
property by a plan for a contribution employer.
