Extension without change of a currently approved collection
Investment companies offering
scheduled premium variable life insurance contracts are granted
exemptions from certain provision of the Investment Company Act of
1040 by Rule 6e-2. Investment companies offering scheduled premium
variable life insurance contracts may file on Form N-6EI-1 a
notification of claim of exempton from registration pursuant to
Rule 6e-2 or 63-3(T) under the Investment Company Act of
1940.
