months. Given that DHS attempted to collect this information
without prior OMB approval, this collection is in violation of the
Paperwork Reduction Act. DHS shall ensure that no such violations
will occur in the future. Three month approval is granted to allow
DHS to coordinate this data collection with the Central Contractor
Registration (CCR) program, to create a centralized vendor
information database without redundancy.
