Abstract: This request will enable responders to terrorist incidents involving chemical, biological or radiologicl agents to identify laboratories capable of handling and analyzing environmental samples. Information collected through a survey instrument will be organized to allow inquiries based on geographic location, analytical capabilities, instrumentation, and special handling abilities. This tool will become a valuable resource to emergency responders at the federal, state and local levels.
