DEA-222 is used to transfer or
purchase Schedule I and II controlled substances and data is needed
to provide an audit of the transfer and purchase. DEA 222a
Requisitions Form is used to obtain the DEA-222 Order Form.
Respondents are DEA registrants eligible to handle these controlled
substances.
