OMB notes that
the agency expects to issue a proposed rule in the fall of 2003.
OMB expects the agency to submit a revised PRA package when the new
rule is finalized. This new submission should include an analysis
of the viability of using OPTN contractor data rather than
requiring Organ Procurement Organizations to submit data to the
agency.
