The National Flood Insurance Telephone
Response Center (TRC) and Leads Application Program was established
as part of FEMA Cover America Advertising Campaign in 1955. The TRC
is designed to respond to customer inquires about flood insurance,
offers to send customers general information on the National Flood
Insurance Program (NFIP), refer customers to insurance agents, and
information customers of insurance agents that can write flood
insurance policies in the area in which they live.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
