requirement might affect any government contractor required to
operate government vehicles and required to provide the Agency's
FAST coordinator with data for fastweb.inel.gov, NASA Acquisition
Executive is to raise the need for this ICR to be submitted by GSA
FAR Staff in accordance with FAR Subpart 51.2, Contractor Use of
Interagency Fleet Management System (IFMS) for all government
contracts.

Executive Order 13149 Section 302(c)
requires Agencies to collect data and report on performance in
meeting the goals of the order, in accordance with requirements and
guidance from the Department of Energy. The DOE Guidance Document
Section 2-3 requires agencies to report using DOE's Federal
Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST). This requirement applies to
Government contractors.
