In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of six months. However, upon resubmission, the agency must
distinguish in their submission between the burden imposed as part
of recordkeeping requirements and the burden imposed by the permit
process. The agency should not request approval of burden imposed
by the permit application if they determine that this burden has
been appropriately accounted for in OMB# 0579-0085.
