Before expiration of this OMB approval, IMLS should transition this grant to the government-wide E-Grants electronic application process (known as E-APPLY). If it is not appropriate for this package to be included in the streamlined government- wide application process, because of a particular aspect of this program, IMLS should explain the reasons in detail to OMB to receive future clearance on this package. By October 1, 2003, all grant applicants will be required to provide a DUNS number (the identifier assigned by Dun and Bradstreet).
