supplemental response to Q. A-2 of the supporting statement:
"Regarding this particular information collection request under the
Paperwork Reduction Act, NHTSA has reviewed the relevant procedures

requirements of the Data Quality Act guidelines of both OMB and
DOT. This expectation will be confirmed by the agency in the course
