increased the burden estimate by 56,067 hours. In the future, CDC
should take care to ensure that the burden estimate reported to OMB
is an accurate reflection of the burden imposed on the
respondents.

The Centers for Disease Control and
Preventive (CDC) is seeking approval of a reporting system for the
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Program. The reporting
system has been designed in collaboration with the Society for
Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) to comply with the
requirements of Section 2(a) of Pub. L. 102-493 (known as the
Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1982
[FCSRRCA], 42 U.S.C. 263a-1(a)). This Act requires that each ART
program shall annually report to the Secretary through the CDC -
