The Community Mental Health Services
Program for Children with Serious Emotional Disturbances supports a
broad array of community-based and family-centered services
delivered through the system of care model. This submission is for
a 5-year evaluation of services provided by grantees receiving
initial support in FY 1997 and 1998. Most data collection
instruments and procedures are built upon those used in the
evaluation of Phase I grantees. Data will be used for both national
