Docket No. 98-206, FCC 02-116, MVDDS licensees are required to file
two copies of a "licensee information report" with the FCC by March
1st of each year for the preceeding calendar year. This report will
help the Commission keep track of the number of MVDDS licensees.
The report must include the name and address of the licensee,
station(s) call letters and primary geographic service area(s), and
statistical data for the licensee's station. The MVDDS licensee
must keep a copy of this report available for public inspection at
their principal office.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
