non-response study exceed estimates given in the review process, or

In order to inform the reauthorization
of IDEA, OSEP needs information on the causes of reported paperwork
burden among special education teachers. This substudy will explore
factors associated with paperwork burden through telephone
interviews with special education teachers.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
