With the
exception of the FFQ, this survey is approved through 5/2005 under
the condition that NCHS commits to submission of status and final
reports to OMB regarding: 1) response rates and characteristics of
nonresponse bias for the new Physical Activity Monitoring module
(implementing the pilot study recommendations) and 2) the actual
distribution of incen- tive payments to individuals and households
(totals by incentive and individual/household categories.) As
discussed, NCHS will resubmit the Food Frequency Questionnaire with
additional background for OMB consideration. OMB waives the Federal
Register notice for this resubmission.
