DFARS Part 217 prescribes policies and
procedures for acquiring supplies and services using special
contracting methods. This information collection is necessary to
identify sources of supply to enhance future competition, verify
that a contractor under a Master Agreement is adequately insured
and evaluate requests for reimbursement for damaged material
accountable under the agreement, evaluate request to change the
place of performance of contracts for delivery of dairy or bakery
products, and evaluate proposals for "over and above" work under
existing contracts.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
